Where is Icing Party Company located? 

Icing Party Company is located, and ships from Clementon, NJ. All orders ship via USPS. 

How long will it take for my order to ship/processing time?

This is how long it takes for us to make, clean, package, and ship your order. This process may depend on the amount of incoming orders, but on average, the processing time is 1-3 business days. You will also always see the estimated Delivery Date at Checkout. If USPS has delays, it can impact your delivery date and that is nothing we can control. 

Can I combine orders?

If you have an unfulfilled order with us, we may be able to combine your next order. Send us an email about your request for more details.  email: info@icingpartyco.com 

Can I return/exchange or cancel my items?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns/exchanges or cancellations, but if there is an issue with your order, let us know and we will do everything we can to make it right. Items are final sale. Contact us by email with any issues you may have at: info@icingpartyco.com

Damaged items:

If you receive a damaged item, please contact me right away to arrange a replacement. This must be done within a maximum of 45 days for replacement to be honored. If care instructions are not followed, items can not be replaced due to negligence.  email:  info@icingpartyco.com 

Items that are damaged for not following the care instructions or by negligence (failure to use reasonable care, resulting in damage) will not be replaced.
